A DKIT comedy film Strawberry has wrapped on principal photography after a 4 day shoot. Filming took place at Shore road & Oriel centre, Dundalk Gaol around Dundalk.
Strawberry is a comedy about a young lad Stephen that has to work at the family strawberry stand, ruining his plans to meet his girlfriend. He reluctantly carries out his shift, but not as he expected. Throughout the day Stephen is pestered by various characters, changing his day in a way he couldn’t have imagined.
The film is now in post-production for the next few weeks. It will begin to enter into film festivals after the films first screening that will be screened at DKIT for the Fis 2016 creative media showcase in June along with more short films from 3rd & 4th year Video & Film Production students.
The very talented and funny cast include Kieran Boland, David O’Boyle, Pat Deery, George Bracebridge, Emma Kells & Patrick Fitzsimons.
