Aoibhann Connolly, Dara Goss and Victoria Prendergast of the Friary Youth Club presenting Tadhg O’Sullivan PRO of Dundalk Lions Club with 80 old mobile phones collected from club members. The Lions Club uses the phones to get Ipads from Irish Autism Action. To date we have donated 32 Ipads to autism units in local schools, special needs units in mainstream schools, Special Needs Active Parents (SNAP) group and to children with autism locally. Irish Autism provided twentysix Ipads in lieu of mobile phones collected, a local business woman donated two Ipads, and staff of another local business donated another one.
