Dundalk-based Marshes wants to practically assist families and children caught in the conflict by collecting items to keep them safe, warm and fed.
It has set-up a designated drop-off point adjacent to the centre’s Customer Information Desk where items can be donated to its Ukraine Emergency Appeal.
Dry and canned foods, non-perishable cooking supplies, hygiene kits including soap, sanitary products, baby wipes and nappies, blankets and first aid kits, warm clean clothes, batteries and torches will all be accepted.
Items donated will go the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
