The Gossip Gang | 19th & 20th November | 8pm
Dundalk Youth Theatre
A lot can happen on a bank holiday weekend at a Co. Louth beach resort.
Pamela fancies Patrick. Patrick fancies April. But unfortunately so does Liam – and they’re brothers. The McAvoys’ holiday at the posh hotel is derailed when their dad mysteriously disappears – with all their money. And then there’s Buffy, who is convinced that her missing mother has been kidnapped by Aliens…
Three families whose lives become intertwined by gossip, rumour and miscommunication – add in a beach party where the stories collide: sparks fly, the truth comes out, and it all becomes clear what has really being going on with the Gossip Gang.
Tickets: €10 / €30 for family of 2 adults and 2 children

Christine Bovill’s Piaf | Sat 21st November | 8pm
Christine threads her remarkable journey in the world of French Song with the life and works of Edith Piaf. No gimmicks. No pretence. Nothing but a voice, singing of life’s triumphs and tragedies. PIAF is both a personal narrative and a powerful musical homage to France’s most endearing icon.
“Bovill conveys the pathetic nature of the song with few gestures, her voice carrying all before her, its honeyed subtleties wringing pathos from every line. Forget the ululating gymnastics of The X Factor or The Voice, this is how you sell a song.” – Northern Ireland Culture
Tickets: €18 / €16
