Living with Sight Loss: Six Week Confidence Building Course
Venue: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dundalk, Co Louth
Dates: Tuesdays, September 25 – October 30, 2018
If you’re living with sight loss in Louth, Monaghan, Sligo, Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim or Northern Ireland, this confidence building course could provide the practical and emotional support you need to face the future with confidence.
As well as providing an opportunity for people with sight loss to meet and connect with each other, family and friends are also invited to attend and participate.
The course comprises of a combination of sessions about what help and support is available and how it can be accessed. A range of different themes are covered including: mobility and daily living, emotional support and wellbeing, assistive technology, eye health, peer support and leisure time.
